Breathwork with hale – 14 Dec
14 Dec | Discover how breathwork can help you feel clearer, calmer, and more focused.
Overview
In this three-part series, Hale brings science-based breathwork to Fotografiska. Each 60-minute session blends learning with guided practice, starting with the fundamentals of breathing and moving into one of our signature class formats: Mind, Recovery, or Fundamental.
Whether you’re looking to reset your nervous system, boost focus, or unwind after a long day, you’ll leave with tools you can actually use - anytime, anywhere.
Sessions take place in Fotografiska’s immersive room, Annie – a 360° visual space where moving art is projected across all walls, creating a sense of harmony that deepens the experience.
December 14: Slow down, Recover deeply.
Theme: Recovery
This class is designed to help your body and mind come back into balance. With a focus on longer exhales and calming rhythms, it supports relaxation, recovery, and nervous system regulation, especially after a busy day or workout.
Great for: Stress relief, recovery, winding down.
