ABOUT THE BREATHWORK SESSION
Welcome to a moment just for you – a chance to unwind, restore balance, and recharge with new energy. In this breathwork session, led by Annie Klingsdal, breathwork guide and stress therapist at Hale, a leading center for breathing techniques, you’ll explore how conscious breathing can helpmanage stress, regulate hormones, and strengthen yourbody through different lifestages.
Set in Fotografiska’s unique audiovisual space, participants will enjoy a 360-degree experience, with moving art projections on the walls.
