As a friend of Fotografiska, you are warmly invited to an artist talk with Diana Markosian, offering a closer look at the stories behind her exhibition Father.
Join us for this special opportunity to meet the artist and enjoy an exclusive preview of the exhibition ahead of it’s public opening. In Father, Markosian returns to Armenia and to a father she had been separated from for fifteen years. Through photography, she explores absence, memory and the fragile process of reconnecting with someone once lost.
The conversation is moderated by Lisa Hydén, Director of Exhibitions at Fotografiska Stockholm, offering deeper insight into the making of the exhibition, it’s personal story and the themes that run through Markosian’s images.
