8 Nov | Power Parenting is a training concept created by Hale Center where strength, movement and care come together in a shared experience for you, your baby and a second caregiver.
Welcome to Power Parenting with Hale at Fotografiska Stockholm – a training concept created by Hale Center where movement, presence and care come together.
Led by Johnny Oduya and Magnus Bergström, licensed naprapath, two caregivers are invited to take part in a training session together with their baby. The class is designed to strengthen the body, build energy and make space for movement in a way that includes the child – not alongside parenthood, but right within it.
Power Parenting is built on the idea that strength and care do not need to stand in opposition. Here, they work in symbiosis through movement, tempo, contact and focus. It is a training experience for anyone who wants to move, be present with their baby and explore a new way of combining physical power with closeness.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and bring anything you and your baby usually need for an hour away from home. There is space for strollers close to the room, and changing tables and restrooms are located nearby.
