27 July | Pride Film Screenings: A Single Man
27 July | Begin Pride Week at Fotografiska with a three-night cinema series celebrating queer perspectives.
Overview
Curated by Jonas Pedersen Hardebrant in collaboration with Filmklubben, our Pride programme presents one acclaimed film each evening, inviting reflection on identity, love and belonging through the art of cinema.
Tonight's screening is Tom Ford's acclaimed directorial debut A Single Man. Based on Christopher Isherwood's novel, the film follows George Falconer, a university professor navigating profound grief after the loss of his partner. Elegantly crafted and visually striking, it is a moving meditation on love, loneliness and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
The screening will take place in Ellen, our unique event space on the ground floor, open to the public for this special occasion. Please enter via Fotografiska's event entrance.
