About the Pilates session

Small actions make a big difference over time. Focused on building the foundations for longevity.

We invite you to a dynamic workout divided into short, intense five-minute blocks for each muscle group. With 30 seconds per exercise and ten exercises in a row, we create a focused flow where strength and cardio come together.

Here, we explore what Mikaela calls “mood boosters” – heart-rate-raising intervals that increase circulation, awaken the body, and boost your energy. A session that shows effective training doesn’t have to be long, just consistent – inspiring sustainable habits over time.

About Mikaela

Mikaela Hållén is a certified Pilates instructor, licensed personal trainer, nutrition advisor, and founder of the fitness platform SLICE. Through short, smart workouts, she makes it easy to take care of your body in everyday life and build sustainable routines.

Elin Fiorentino is a Swedish new media and installation artist whose practice centers on video, animation, and sound. With a background in film and audiovisual production, she creates works that explore the relationship between the human inner psychological landscape and its external manifestations.
