PILATES AT FOTOGRAFISKA x MIKAELA HÅLLÉN

Mar 15 | A training experience where movement meets visual projections in collaboration with Withings

Duration: 1 hour

Overview

Welcome to Pilates at Fotografiska where visual projections, movement, and presence come together. Mikaela Hållén will guide you through a mindful training session, accompanied by visual projections that enhance sensation and body awareness.

The sessions are held in collaboration with Withings.

Focus on sleep

Following World Sleep Day, we invite you to an experience designed to help you slow down and turn inward. Through gentle strength exercises, stretches, and mindful breathing, tension is released and balance is restored. The session begins with a conversation between Mikaela and one of Sweden's leading sleep researchers, Christian Benedict, who shares his knowledge about the importance of sleep for both body and mind.
