Overview
The fashion industry has long struggled with continuity; early support often fades once emerging designers take their first steps. Without ongoing mentorship or shared structures, knowledge gets lost, and each new generation is left to start over without guidance.
In this conversation, we bring together three independent voices — Behnaz Aram, Rasmus Georgiadis, and Susan Szatmáry — who have each carved out their own path in an ever-shifting landscape. Together, we explore how vulnerability, collaboration, and care can become tools for resilience. Moderated by Sandy Kirik & Johanna Engvall.
By acknowledging what’s missing, we can begin to rebuild: creating peer-to-peer systems and community-led spaces that nurture continuity rather than fragmentation.
