Join us for the grand opening day of the exhibition 15 Fotografiska Years. A full day of artist talks, book signings, live music, and culinary surprises, as international stars and Swedish voices share the stories and images that shaped the past 15 years — and the years to come. A unique chance to get close to the people behind the iconic images. All included in the general admission to the museum!

The opening day on October 18 will be a grand celebration from morning to night! The house will be filled with conversations, meetings, and signings with some of the artists who have shaped Fotografiska – including:

15 Fotografiska Years is presented in collaboration with the Japanese brand Sigma as Exhibition Partner. Sigma is co-hosting the opening day and various events taking place during the exhibition period. 

As part of the celebration, we also highlight the group exhibition Meanwhile. Presenting four voices from our Emerging Artists program, adding to the diversity and energy of the day, showing the many forces shaping photography today and tomorrow.
 

Members have more fun 

As a member of the Fotografiska family, you have free admission to Fotografiska, including this opening day. During this busy day, we will be installing a members' lounge in the event dining room on the 2nd floor. A space dedicated to Fotografiska members. Here, celebrated photographer Knut Koivisto will capture portraits, while members can enjoy bistro food without queueing and exclusive offers from the Fotografiska shop.
